BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) is scheduled to undergo a network upgrade at 02:30 on Jan 14, 2026 (UTC) (Note: This hard fork will not generate new forked coins). To ensure our users’ asset security, CoinEx will close the deposit & withdrawal of BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) and make the following arrangements.
1. Changes of deposit and withdrawal services
(1) Suspension of BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) deposit and withdrawal services: 02:00 on Jan 14, 2026 (UTC)
(2) Resumption of BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) deposit and withdrawal services: Deposit & withdrawal services will be reopened after the upgraded network is stable, but we will NOT notify separately.
2. Notes
(1) During this period, transactions of BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)-related currencies on CoinEx and transfers between users will not be affected.
(2) We will update users once the upgrade has been completed.
