To enhance the quality and credibility of the copy trading ecosystem, we are upgrading the OKX lead trader levels at 7:00 am UTC on September 29, 2025. This update is designed to raise trader standards, spotlight high-quality lead traders, and create a more trusted experience for copy traders.
What's changing?
- Profile exposure on the lead trader list
- The minimum lead assets required to appear on the lead trader list will increase from 10,000 USDT to 100,000 USDT.
- Lead trader level criteria
- The trader level criteria for each trader type will be updated as follows:

- Impact on lead traders
- Traders who meet the new criteria will be automatically recognized under the updated trader level system.
- Traders who don't meet the new criteria may continue to lead trades with a minimum of 500 USDT in their trading account, but will not qualify for lead trader list or level recognition.
