Details of the adjustment are as follows:
Token Classification Adjustment:
The HOME token will be reclassified from Class B to Class A.
Base Spot Trading Fee Rate Adjustment:
The base spot trading fee rate for HOME will be adjusted from 0.2% to 0.1%.
