Bitfinex is pleased to announce that Bitfinex Pay is transitioning to Estable Pay on 15/09/2025. This will serve to enhance the payment infrastructure for existing merchants. 

Effective immediately, new merchant registrations and verifications are no longer available.

For existing verified merchants, the core crypto payment services of Bitfinex Pay will remain fully operational until 15/09/2025. During this period, all previously Pro-only features have also been unlocked—including advanced white-label customisation and Auto-Convert to FIAT features—and they are now available to all current merchants.

Bitfinex Pay will continue to provide customer support and resolve any bugs reported by customers until the transition is complete.

Please note that the transition to Estable Pay will not be automatic. Current merchants who wish to continue using crypto payment solutions after the shutdown must either migrate to another provider, or apply to check if they qualify for onboarding to the Estable Pay collaborator network here.
