  1. Why can't I create a futures strategy?

a. Exceeded strategy limit: A maximum of 10 strategies can run simultaneously.

b. Insufficient available balance in futures account: If you have open orders, you cannot use the      frozen funds for strategy trading. Try canceling orders to release the frozen assets or transferring funds.

  1. Where will my funds go after creating a strategy?

a. The funds invested in a strategy will be isolated from the futures account and used exclusively for the strategy. Users should be aware of the risk posed to the overall futures positions once funds are moved. When the strategy ends, funds will be returned to the futures account.

  1. Which pairs support futures strategy trading?

a. All trading pairs are supported.

  1. How are fees charged for futures strategy trading?

a. The fees for futures strategy trading are the same as regular futures trading; maker fee is 0.01%, taker fee is 0.06%.

  1. Why was no transaction made when rebalancing my strategy?

a. If the amount to adjust a position is less than 1 futures contract, the rebalancing cannot be completed.

b. If multiple assets trigger rebalancing but each requires an amount less than 1 futures contract, the rebalancing will not occur for all assets.

  1. Can I follow someone else's futures strategy?

a. The platform offers a strategy copying feature. Users can go to the strategy hall and copy others' futures strategies for free or use the AI strategy when creating their own strategy.

  1. Why can't I select a higher leverage when creating a futures strategy?

a. The maximum leverage available for a futures strategy is the lowest leverage of the selected futures contracts. For example, if BTC has a maximum leverage of 125x, ETH 100x, and DOGE 50x, the maximum leverage for the strategy would be 50x.

  1. Why was my futures strategy terminated?

a. You manually canceled orders that were part of the futures strategy.

b. You set a stop-loss or take-profit, which triggered and terminated the strategy.

c. The trading pair was delisted, causing the system to cancel the strategy orders.

d. The margin rate of your strategy fell below 100%, and a forced liquidation occurred, terminating the strategy.
